The Bosu ball is one of the most versatile pieces of equipment available. Use the Bosu ball on either of its sides for over 40 different exercises that can target all areas of your body. The Bosu provides a multitude of variations on moves that allow you to progressively make your workout more challenging. The workout below is an upper, intermediate level workout. Though the moves are relatively basic, the intensity is high, so don’t worry, it will still get your heart racing and your sweat dripping!
