Beginner’s Fat Burning Workout

This beginner’s workout challenge will last all of 4 minutes! In 4 short minutes you will burn fat and continue doing so for up to 24 hours! If you are new to interval training or the official name, Tabata Protocol, you’re in for a kick butt workout!

Tabata Formula:
Complete routine 2 times
20 seconds for exercise + 10 seconds rest = 30 seconds
30 x 8 = 240 seconds / 60 seconds = 4 minutes
