There’s nothing better than the season of fall. It looks like beautifully colored foliage, smells like cinnamon and pumpkin, and feels like a comfy sweater. However, during the holiday season, a lot of high-calorie and high fat foods tend to be eaten, and many people end up putting a few pounds on by the time winter rolls around.
