No time to workout? Now you have time with our daily workout plan that takes only 4-minutes per day. These fast paced workouts are high intensity and burn fat, not just during the workout, but up to 24 hours afterwards. Most of the routines are Tabatas and can be done first thing in the morning or during lunch break. Designed specifically for anyone with a desire to get in shape, lose pounds & inches, and feel and look fabulous, this workout is for you.
